Refund and cancellation policy

Teen13 is free social play. No payments are taken, so there is nothing to refund.
1. No payments
Teen13 does not accept deposits and does not process withdrawals. Chips are free and have no cash value.
Because no money changes hands, refunds and cancellations do not apply.
2. Table entries
Table entries are paid in free chips and are not refundable once a hand has been dealt.
If a table fails to start or is cancelled because of a fault on our side, the entry is returned to your chips automatically.
3. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time from Support. Any remaining free chips are simply discarded — they cannot be exchanged for money.
