Terms of use

You must be 18 or older and live where these games are legal.

One account per person. The account must be in your own name and verified with valid ID.

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for all play on your account.

We may ask for identity, age or bank proof at any time and may pause an account until it is provided.

Teen13 is free social play. There are no deposits and no withdrawals, and chips have no cash value.

Every player starts with 10,000 free chips and can claim more when their balance runs low.

Chips cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money or prizes.

Cards are dealt and results worked out on our servers. The server's record is final.

The table entry is taken when you join. Winnings are paid once the hand or pool ends.

If a game fails because of a fault on our side, the entry is refunded.

Collusion, multiple accounts, bots, card sharing or exploiting bugs are banned.

We may void results, hold balances and close accounts involved in unfair play.

Set entry and session limits on your profile. You can take a break or close your account at any time from Support.

Even though no money is involved, play in moderation and take breaks.

We are not responsible for losses from your own play, your device or your internet connection.

Our total liability to you is limited to the balance in your account.

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top.

Disputes are first handled by our grievance officer (support@teen13.in). These terms follow the laws of India.
